Women’s lacrosse is a non-contact sport.  As with any sport, injuries can occur.  The most common injuries with women’s lacrosse are bumps, scrapes and bruises; but just in case, we must have signatures for both the parent and player.  To print out and complete a form in advance please click here: Waiver Form
